What can I say when it comes to Clifton’s gardens. It got it all. Located in Mosman’s Chowder bay, this stunning location is the ultimate family weekend destination. To Visit In Mosman Clifton Gardens Reserve It got fantastic views, a protected beach with few waves and a shark net pool, making it ideal for families with young children.
The park has a great new fenced & shaded playground, so your kids can play there for hours without getting sunburnt. Just a great place to snorkel walk along the wharf. This place hard to beat for a relaxing picnic. Or you can head over for lunch, a coffee or an ice cream at Bacino Kiosk. It has enough parking, but like all good Sydney places on the weekend, parking could be an issue. Be aware you have to pay to park. You can even catch a bus to Clifton Gardens. The 228 Bus stops near the entrance, or you can try these buses 233, 238 or 247.
My only negative is that there’s no BBQs, So make sure you pack the Webber. Adjoining Sydney Harbour National Park. Toilets, lots of trees, large open area, play equipment, two basketball hoops, change rooms, seating, baths and wharf. Parking available (pay and display ticket area).
